| TOTAL LIFE CARE PROGRAM MALAWI
This is a series of inter-related projects that relate to the total health of vulnerable families in the Mangochi/Jalasi areas of Malawi. The goal of the program is to mobilise and build the capacity of the local community for the purposes of poverty reduction and development. The program is training community members in group leadership and management of sustainable community based organizations, which will be the means by which the local community improve their quality of life. The community has also been assisted to build capacity in food security. Training is given in permaculture, root cropping, monitoring of field cultivation and in post harvest storage. |
